Castle Hill Associates, LLC is an environmental and industrial hygiene firm based in Waterville, Ohio. We meet the environmental consulting needs of industry and government, specializing in asbestos site surveys, industrial hygiene support, wetlands biology, agricultural sanitation services, indoor air quality, lead-based paint, environmental contamination testing, hazardous material abatement design and safety training.
Castle Hill delivers the expertise required to ensure safety and compliance through the design, renovation, construction and demolition phases. Work is performed nationwide, with a large share in Ohio and the Midwest.
Since 2016 the firm has completed more than 500 assignments in 38 states. Clients include federal agencies, state and local governments, housing authorities, schools, and private owners. That work includes more than 100 VA medical centers, clinics, and national cemeteries, plus military bases, national parks, and other federal buildings across the nation.

Priscilla Bersée, M.S.
PRESIDENT
Priscilla Bersée is President of Castle Hill Associates, LLC, an environmental and industrial hygiene firm based in Waterville, Ohio. She directs the company’s contracts, field operations, quality control, and client relationships.
Ms. Bersée is a service-disabled veteran and a retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant. Her professional background includes facility and operations management in public agencies and occupied healthcare settings, as well as environmental consulting for renovation and demolition projects.
Under her leadership, Castle Hill has completed more than 500 assignments in 38 states and Washington, D.C. since 2016, serving federal agencies, state and local governments, housing authorities, and private owners. Her work emphasizes licensed field staff, accredited laboratory analysis, and clear reporting.
Alex Duncan, M.S., Wetlands & Biology
SENIOR SCIENTIST / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER & WETLANDS BIOLOGIST
Alex has over 17 years of experience leading wetland delineation/mitigation projects, habitat assessment and restoration work, invasive species control efforts, green stormwater infrastructure inspection and management, and soil and water quality sampling & analysis for both the public and private sectors. Alex performs all tasks, from biological field assessment work to mitigation design and execution.
